1.) What is Ash vape smoke?

 2.) How does ashvapesmoke.com Shipping Work?

  • Vape and Tobacco products are age-restricted items, and it can only be shipped to the customer with delivery service
  • For every shipment delivery mandatory, 21+ adult signature is required. Delivery man will not deliver the package if 21+ years adult is not available to receive the package.
  • Delivery is not allowed adult signature for Post Box address delivery. So due to age restriction, all the orders will be cancel, if the shipment is for the Post box address.
  • For each order, you will receive a tracking number and notification directly to your email.
  • You can always view tracking numbers on our website.
  • Flat Shipment cost is $9.99 for all over the United States.
  • If due to any reason package returned by the shipping company, then after receiving the package at the store, we will refund the payment except the shipment cost.

3.) How do I cancel or modify my order? 

  • All online order placed on the website are final. 
  • Our system does not allow us to cancel orders once they have started processing. 
  • Modifying an order that's been placed is not possible. 

4.) Why my order is cancel?

  • Due to age restriction all the orders will be cancel, if shipment is for the Post box address.
  • Payment on Delivery options is only available for Store Pickup option. System will automatically cancel all the shipment order for which Payment on Delivery options selected during checkout.
