Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@ashvapesmoke.com.

• Return shipment charges will be paid by customer. 
• Once your items are inspected at the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.
• All refund request are subject to $5 restocking fees, and this amount will be deducted from original amount paid by customer.
• In case if refund is requested before dispatch of shipment, full amount paid by customer less restocking fees will be refunded to customer.

• In case if refund is requested after dispatch of shipment, Shipping charges and restocking fees will be deducted from the original amount paid by customer and the remainder will be refunded.

Shipping

• Incase of missing items or open package delivery issues, we need the pictures for all sides of the box, and items inside the package, with in the 24 hours of the delivery. Otherwise, unfortunately we will not able to process the refund.
• Vape and Tobacco products are age-restricted items.
• For every shipment delivery mandatory, 21+ adult signature is required. Shipping company will not deliver the package if 21+ years adult is not available to receive the package.
• Shipping companies is not allowed adult signature for the Post Box address delivery order. So due to age restriction, all the orders will be cancel, if the shipment is for the Post box address.
• For each order, you will receive a tracking number and notification directly to your email.
• You can always view tracking numbers on our website.
• Flat rate shipment cost is $9.99 for all over the United States (except Hawaii Customers)
• There is no Free shipment.

Only for New York (NY) Customers

• From July 1 2020, we will not ship any nicotine products to New York (NY) shipping address. Our website may accept the orders for New York (NY) shipping address, but fulfillment department will cancel all the New York (NY) orders and refund the payment to the customer.
