Return / Shipping Policy


Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


  • Vape and Tobacco products are age-restricted items, and it can only be shipped to the customer with UPS delivery service
  • For every shipment delivery mandatory, 21+ adult signature is required. UPS will not deliver the package if 21+ years adult is not available to receive the package.
  • UPS is not allowed adult signature for Post Box address delivery. So due to age restriction, all the orders will be cancel, if the shipment is for the Post box address.
  • For each order, you will receive a tracking number and notification directly to your email.
  • You can always view tracking numbers on our website.
  • Flat Shipment cost is $17 for all over the United States.
  • Shipment is Free for the order $150 or more (excluding taxes), but if due to any reason package returned by the UPS, then we will charge $17 shipment cost from the refund amount.
