Returns

Our refund policy is All Sales Final. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@ashvapesmoke.com.

Refund and Exchange Policy

  • Unused and unopened items are eligible for a full refund.
  • Opened but unused items are able to be refunded unless situations that compromise an item's viability exist.
  • Opened and used items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Customer pays the return shipping.

  • Once your items are inspected at the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

Shipping

  • Vape and Tobacco products are age-restricted items, and it can only be shipped to the customer with UPS or USPS delivery service
  • For every shipment delivery mandatory, 21+ adult signature is required. UPS and USPS will not deliver the package if 21+ years adult is not available to receive the package.
  • UPS is not allowed adult signature for Post Box address delivery order. So due to age restriction, all the orders will be cancel, if the shipment is for the Post box address.
  • USPS is allowed adult signature for the Post Box address delivery order, but based on past experiences, sometimes the customer has to Pick up the package from the near by post office. If the customer is not able to pick the package in a timely manner, then USPS will return the package to the sender. If in case the package will return to the sender, and when it is successfully received at the store, then the order is eligible for a full refund except for the shipping cost.
  • For each order, you will receive a tracking number and notification directly to your email.
  • You can always view tracking numbers on our website.
  • Flat Shipment cost is $7 for all over the United States.
  • Shipment is Free for the order $100 or more (excluding taxes), but if due to any reason package has returned by the carrier, then we will deduct the shipment cost from the refund amount.
